What people don't realize with clean beauty is the principle of toxicology, the dose makes the poision. Take essential oils, 1 drop of peppermint oil is equivilent to approx. 28 cups of tea. Hence why using essential oils in skincare is generally a bad idea unless professionally.

In my personal opinion, while clean beauty has been corrupted with faulty marketing, its intention was pure. And I think it could be saved by using the best natural and synthetic ingredients together while formulated by proffessionals. #cleanbeauty
