AI products are abstract. A feature list tells buyers what it does. A 30-second clip of a real user getting a real result shows them it works. That's often why UGC earns more trust than polished brand ads for AI companies: proof beats production for a product people don't fully grasp yet.

AI-native platforms now claim to run creator programs end to end. Agents can own sourcing and outreach ops. Let them. Keep humans on what decides outcomes: creator-audience fit, brand safety, and whether a partnership actually moved a buyer. Automate the ops, not the judgment.

Getting cited by AI answers now runs on a permissions layer that didn't exist a year ago. From Sept 15, Cloudflare blocks AI training and agent crawlers by default. Search crawlers stay allowed. You can rank and still be invisible to RAG. Check crawler settings first.

When an AI company comes to us for YouTube influencer marketing, we start with the ICP before we ever open a creator database. Who is the buyer? What do they already watch? What does their decision process look like? What proof do they need before they convert?
