@TerenceKelly84 It were pretty much a mix of both. My end of the family were more redneck I guess, but I'm only like 3rd generation American. The greats moved to the US during WWI & did what they knew how, plant a farm. I hated the f'ing snow & ice. Mostly the ice storms. I don't miss that.

@TerenceKelly84 @CyberOhio @VivekGRamaswamy Another reason I'm glad I left Ohio & moved to Az. 5% annual cap on growth of a property LPV. The LPV can never exceed the FCV. (Full Cash Value). Counties, cities, towns, limited to 2% increase based on a "base-year" levy. For a $375K house I'm paying $1400/yr.
