Hey @AzureSupport, none of our Dynamic Device security groups are updating today. Devices usually added immediately upon enrolment but none over last 5 hours. Validation checks on missing devices pass.

@AvantiWestCoast what's happening with bus replacement service between Preston and Edinburgh? My wife and 4 year old were on the 13:09 from Crewe but had to disembark at Preston, coming on two hours with no signs of getting any further.

@AvantiWestCoast It looks like it's the 18:41, but they're only just now finding this out after being told at 17:30 there would be a train to Glasgow at platform 3. Bus replacement services only going as far as Carlisle??? How are passengers supposed to get to Edinburgh?

@AvantiWestCoast They may have been ordered but I gather only one has turned up so far, for several hundred passengers. Not much help to be had from the team at the station.
