A couple things stand out about this: - Razor is a great choice But process wise, - Might be the first time a successor was named ahead of the incumbent finishing out a season - NZRU may not have notified Foster before the announcement 🤷‍♂️

In 2018, I started using a games based approach in my coaching. I believe this has helped our @UofMRugby players grow their rugby instincts. It wasn’t an easy adjustment for me coming from the traditional American coaching mentality. Highly recommend making the switch though.
