We call it Snapshots. This is something we simplified from Coach Dan Swanstrom at Cornell. We got a ton of BS movement so we began to impliment this.

Then we finally showed the full clip to confirm what they thought they saw. We used teams that we would play each year but we also tried to pull recent college tape to show as well. We tried to do this numerous times through out the week!

Here are two plays from 2024. Something simple but huge dividends! Get defenses to set the strength and then adjust numbers on the fly. Next play is one word playcall, if numbers arent there for now screen QB can just run draw or throw slant.
