#DWFitnessFirst I’m so disappointed in the customer service. I cancelled as per your 10 day cancellation policy and because you only picked up my email three weeks later you have signed me up for and won’t allow me to leave. Plus you’ve taken two payments in three weeks #poor

@virginmedia @virgiamedia another solution would be you give me an email address for your customer service team to email so you then your advise your team to look out for an email from me with my number for somebody to call me. Another solution to this issue. This should be possible?

@virginmedia The person who called was from your sales team and still kept on pushing the product. The. Spoke to the manage who said a specific had been put on my notes, if you to call you’ll hear the agent confirm the time. Said couldn’t transfer me and I need to ring back and escalate to CS

@virginmedia Hi, I’ve called five times, transferred to the wrong team, had the phone hung up on, told they can’t help it’s another, I’ll have to ring back. Asked for them to stop selling products and just doesn’t listen and trying to sell. Was meant to have a call from the cancellation team

@virginmedia @virginmedia this was the number I called and have been getting nowhere. Nobody from the cancellation has called me. This causing me a lot of stress and upset, this should be a simple process. Can @virginmedia not call me as promise to sort this matter out, you are costing me

@virginmedia @virginmedia this matter is still not resolved, as nobody called me yesterday as promised. It’s now day three of try to cancel and still no resolution. The more Virgin, the more time and money it’s costing me. How can I get this resolved today.
