Rep. Randy Fine says "fear of Islam is rational" because if you're walking down the street this July 4th and someone yells out "Praise Jesus" or "Baruch Hashem," you won't be worried, but if they shout "Allahu Akbar," you'll be "looking for a car to hide behind."
