This is moronic. Making people who live on busy streets and parkways pay more is unconstitutional. It’s also just plain wrong. And it should be fixed by city council. The whole measure is moronic. But the tiered amounts for different streets is beyond the pale.

@mariana057 I like to ask them for their social security number, mom’s maiden name, bank account routing and account numbers, and date of birth. Usually they hang up. But sometimes you get lucky and they curse you out, saying they’re not giving YOU that info.
