Absolutely real! They push for C section births! Placentas are worth more money if it hasn’t gone through the birth canal! 🤬 13 years ago I was threatened with a C section for no reason, I had 2 births prior without complications! Drs also don’t want to wait around for the mother to labor, laboring a baby takes TIME! C sections are easier for the hospital staff, and cost more $$$! And by the way I did not end up with a C section birth, and actually one of my nurses sent me a hand written card, thanking me for advocating for myself and my baby! Washington state has one of the highest C section rates in the country! 🙄
