Lastly, divine type would be the answer to "why are demigods weaker than turtles and creator gods weak at all?" It would be strong in matchups but rare and often restricted. All "god" legendaries, unown, and most mythicals 2x&resist normal, dark, fairy, & dragon. No weakness.

Technology type should have been around since gen 1, but holy cow with paradox forms we need it even more. Most are electric or steel right now. Porygon, rotom, future paradoxes, duraludon, electrode, and tinkaton are tech type. Weak to ghost & psychic. Resist elec, 2x's dragon

There are four new types I would want to add to Pokémon, and I think they could be balanced. They will have lots of retroactive converted mon and not capture large swathes of the roster. In order of reasonability: Sound type Space type Technology type Divine type. Matchups below

Conan sold the “we accidentally double-booked them” apology just long enough for people to almost believe it. Then Jon Dore and Rory Scovel started performing their entire sets at the exact same time. The timing is insane. One goes loud while the other drops volume. Random punchlines keep cutting clean through the chaos. Halfway through they escalate with a guitar and an audience member at the perfect moment. Four minutes of pure controlled madness that still feels fresh over a decade later. This is still one of the smartest late night bits ever done. Never seen chaos this fun
