@ChrisJanko He missed 1 game in 55 starts in college. Didn’t miss any starts his rookie year. This “injury prone” narrative is imaginary. Entire Commanders roster was hurt last szn bc their last OC (Kliff Kingsbury) ran a hurry up system that exposed players to higher injury risk.

@Nellis_3 Good question. I evaluate every player & their career individually. Jayden has the opportunity to ascend into the “elite” section of QBs with a big season. Despite having a down year he still made big plays & developed. Caleb Williams & Drake Maye are also ascending. Clearly!

@SMDConner Agreed, it’s just business! You can’t (fairly) compare their careers at LSU in my opinion. Burrow was Orgeron era with an extremely dominant roster & support. JD was Kelly era … singlehandedly holding the program together.

From a business perspective it sounds like Jayden’s team made a mistake by giving LSU leeway with their NIL agreement. You HAVE to set that precedent early … or they’ll start to feel entitled. The people at LSU behind this smear campaign felt entitled to his image.
