@RoKhannaNews I've watched 1240 episodes of the COPS tv show with over 3700 arrests. In every episode, cops plant their knee on the back of the felon's neck during felony arrests to control the felon while being handcuffed. Fentanyl Floyd was already drugged up prior to his arrest. He OD'd.
