@ecomchasedimond What about CTA placements on mobile? They are always below the fold on first view because of how gmail etc present the email (with the to and reply taking up space).

@YodelOnline so your live chat told me a delivery was attempted today and sat nav placed the driver at our address. When I asked for a photo image he then told me that the driver was actually not at our address. Day 3 of waiting for a parcel. Basic stuff. 😡😡😡 @BouliesChairs

Wouldn't it make sense to figure out where these customers come from and what they look like so you can double down on the channels / ads / products etc... that bring more of them to your website? 🤑 The best way to do this?? Cohort analysis...

Not all customers are created equal. 🤔 Did you know 20% of your customers generate 80% of your revenue?? 💲 And the 80/20 rule is fractal...so there is another 80/20 within the 80/20! This implies that 4% of your customers generate 64% of your revenue. 🤯
