@ZARA @ZARA_Care Gracias, me indicásteis ponerme en contacto con atención al cliente… no sé para qué, si desde ahí tampoco dais ninguna solución. Como en tienda no me ayudaron y tampoco aquí, tendré que dejar constancia con la hoja de reclamaciones.

@ZARA_Care Merhaba hediye kartım kayboldu , Mall of şubesinde içinde 15 bin vardı 3500 tl li k alışveriş yaptım ve kartı mağaza da düşürdüm kartında 11,460 tl ücret kaldı şuan bu kart için herhangi bir yardım yapılamadığı iletiliyor sonuç itibariyl ben mağdurum ve bu mağduriyet
