Worrying to hear male judge Victoria McCloud on @BBCr4today say they’ll challenge Supreme Court judgment that reinforces women’s legal protections under the ECHR. A male desire to be validated as female does not trump women’s rights to access eg single-sex rape crisis services.

The Supreme Court ruling provided 88 pages of clarity and EHRC interim guidance now summarises the application of that clarity. Unless we now need a picture book edition, the delays and excuses have hit the wall of clarity and reality. Get male prisoners out of the female estate now.
