The #ICE_TCongress25 was our second regional conference, @KUcancercenter attended by oncologists from all over the region. There was education, fun and networking . 👍🏼Meeting friends and connecting with new ones. 🤝 👍🏼We had volunteers who came to us from elementary, middle, high school and undergrad- what a team ! 🎓 👍🏼We also had our local KC artist craft individually a gift for each of our 50+ speaker/moderator/panelists. 🎁 👍🏼this was our first time inviting an international speaker. It is enlightening to learn how cell therapy access varies across the globe. 🌍 👍🏼giving back: We get our sense of purpose from serving our community not only by increasing education, access and building partnerships, but by giving back . This is a major win for patients . we have been advocating this with our publications on access ! Finally - REMS is revised and product labeling revision to include 2 weeks monitoring and driving restriction and not 4 weeks. 👍🏼 -monitor patients for at least 2 wk, with daily monitoring for 1 wk - stay within vicinity of ATC for 2 weeks - avoid driving for 2 weeks ( no more 8 weeks ) @wwesson24 @hhashmi87 @Abdallah81MD @kczmj
