Elon, no. This is the worst opinion you have, and it’s going to alienate you from the 50% of Americans who still like you, and leave you politically homeless. America does not have a shortage of workers. We have a shortage of companies willing to train American workers and pay them fairly. They want to bring in foreigners and pay them shit. This is the number one thing tearing our country apart. It’s the cause of the immigration crisis, the fentanyl crisis, the collapse of the middle class, the hatred of the rich, and the rise of socialism. I’m all for changing the regulatory environment to make it easier for companies to recoup the cost of training American workers. But saying there’s a shortage of Americans who can and will work hard is insulting and, worse, false.
