@johnarnold Just seeing this now, but MMT has an interesting comparison to the O&G industry, drill more to make $, more product = lower value of product. O&G has had their resets many times over, the US is due for a giant reset, and the fed is running out time to reign it in.

@johnarnold 2. Reports that are written to justify expansion. At the federal level, child cash advances that families were automatically given regardless of need/want. This happening in a time when jobs are plentiful. What happened to working your butt off to get ahead?

@johnarnold 3. The money expansion experiment seems more like paying for votes and ignoring the long term negative impacts on the lower and middle classes. The experiment I would support would be trades schooling (free) for interested individuals and helping them out of their situation.

@johnarnold 1. as it turned out r/r on FB was even on 3/21, hence #timing. Exit side from 3/21 attractive now. Lots of criminal justice parallels with data & trading. The diff is cost of ruin compared to cost of livelihood/ life higher w/ philanthropy

If copyright laws covered mugshots that weren’t directly generating revenue, it would open the issue and limit many forms of media communications, sports or other reporting that one deems unfavorable. Not sure what the answer is, but don’t think it’s copyright?
