@autcareandshare If an actual shirt/suit/tie combo is too confining or uncomfortable, I have seen long sleeve t-shirt or hoodies with a "formal shirt front and tie" screen printed on the front. That gives the essence of formality with the familiarity and comfort of daily clothing.

@BecauseIMatter This is interesting about anxiety reducing. How to approach a doc who hesitates to prescribe for ADHD because a side effect of med is anxiety? Like I already have anxiety and unmedicated ADHD and need a solution. Is it trial and error?

@CraftyCatDad ... in the centre to shape it to match the under arm seam of the dress. They were snapped in place with snaps or safety pinned to allow washing of the shield, and moving from outfit to outfit. Protected the dress from sweat stains and meant fewer washings of the dress. Wish I....

@CraftyCatDad All 4 sound interesting and engaging/soothing in different ways. What about doing all 4 as you health/spoons and interest or mood permits? I mean, not all 4 at once lol, but like 4 stations that you move through the evening.

@abillionheir @stilllbarbie It feels like they're looking for your tonsils sometimes lol... but really fibroids, cyst, ovaries, endometrial lining thickness. Not painful in itself, but can be disconcerting and uncomfortable. A good technician will offer to let you insert the probe and talk you through it
