This is ridiculous! We had the same thing occur late 2020! If you do proceed with suing @Sunrun DM us.

Part 1: guess what @Sunrun? You have been the bane of my existence and I am contemplating filing a lawsuit for the utter failure of your system. Solar went down in Dec. You never notified me. Normal bill from SDGE is $7, now over $600!

@tristajaye This was arguably one of the best twitter stories in a long while. I really enjoyed it, and I know first hand that similar stories exist elsewhere too. I at least take solace that when my kids are grown up I can pass on the wisdom I’ve gained so they can act with more info.
