GM☕️ Both the Dynamic RS CryptoSwing Risk-Averse and Dynamic RS Apex Risk-Averse systems have now been released and are live. Claim them in the ‘Rotation Systems’ tab. These have replaced the original RS Risk-Averse systems in my approach, although I have kept them both on the dashboard. I recommend you do the same. Allocation split is as follows for me now and is detailed in the ‘Must-Read’ tab: 50% → Dynamic CryptoSwing - BTC 25% → Dynamic RS Apex Risk-Averse 25% → Dynamic RS CryptoSwing Risk-Averse What's new? • Added a dynamic profit management mechanism to both systems. The table can now display: - Bullish – Hold 100% of your position → same as before. - Cash 50% – Reduce your position by 50%. - Cash 100% – Exit the position completely and move to cash but the strongest asset still shows. - Cash – The asset no longer meets the system's criteria, and the strategy remains in cash until a new opportunity is identified. The strongest asset shows as cash. Unlike a traditional exit signal, the new cash management layer allows the systems to gradually lock in profits during extended trends while continuing to monitor the underlying position. Results (Apex Risk-Averse): Equities since the following start dates have increased as follows: - 2018-01-01: From 50,891 to 172,559 - 2023-01-01: From 297.55 to 580.95 - 2025-04-01: From 3.07 to 4.06 The ratios have obviously improved and so has robustness, but regarding drawdowns: - 2018-01-01: From 32.71% to 28.91% - 2023-01-01: From 21.67% to 20.27% - 2025-04-01: From 21.67% to 20.27% Results (CryptoSwing Risk-Averse): Equities since the following start dates have increased as follows: - 2018-01-01: From 101,203 to 141,193 - 2023-01-01: From 454.61 to 550.64 - 2025-04-01: From 4.77 to 4.79 The ratios have obviously improved and so has robustness, but regarding drawdowns: - 2018-01-01: From 36.85% to 30.89% RS Apex and CryptoSwing Aggressive version removal: After reviewing the long-term performance of the systems, I have decided to remove both aggressive models. Despite taking on more risk, they consistently delivered lower returns than their Risk-Averse counterparts, so they no longer provided any meaningful benefit. GM☕️ Crypto Sentiment Index (CSI) tracks unprofitable retail participants and forms a DCA signal out of their expressions. It is signalling that we are in a high value zone. Institutional Sentiment Tracker looks at fund hired individuals. No oversold reading yet. Combining 2 together is a great way to know when the worst is finally over. If we do that now, we can see that this could easily go lower and in fact it is probable considering the proximate liquidations below coupled with the rising funding rates. However, the rally is spot driven meaning that the move is technically sustainable until proven otherwise. What would enhance the sustainability and allow it to continue would be retail taking shorts, but that does not seem to be the case yet unfortunately. Remain patient, markets present opportunities when you least expect them. That is why we have systems, as markets can remain irrational longer than you can remain rational. GM☕️ Dynamic CryptoSwing - bitcoin:native is the remaining strategy to flip long. Both $ETH & $SOL strats have flipped long. Good news is that this rally flipped to being spot driven yesterday, reinforcing the sustainability of this move. However, although the 1Y liquidations are larger in volume to the upside, they have zero proximate lower timeframe liquidations that outcompete the ones below. I do not see macroeconomic conditions improving tremendously until we get past/into August due to a multitude of reasons. I may do a post on this shortly. Putting the 3 together: The move up is sustainable for now, but most of retail is unprofitable for a reason. They get too excited after the slightest pumps, and become destroyed after the smallest drops due to being overleveraged. Funding has been increasing over the past week and so has the leverage the retail has been taking on, therefore only enter if your systems say so. Now is not the time to mess around. GM☕️ $BTC is lining up for the perfect final long flush (in the short run). The rally has flipped from being spot driven to leverage driven, suggesting that sustainability in this recent move up is diminishing. Liquidations and funding support this. Although long term liquidations suggest volume is higher to the upside, proximity highly favours the downside. Medium term liquidations, such as in the image on the 1M, state that downside has volume advantage. Funding is also highly long biased supporting the idea that the market's implied volatility to come is probabilistically to the downside. However, over the long run, if/when this flush happens you can be assured that we should have bottomed. This is shown by the third image.
