Please be patient to UK content creators We are currently being hit with a pretty intense heatwave, meaning we'll probably be working a tad slower, have less energy and may even need to take a break from our PCs to prevent them from overheating Also none of this "Well we have it hotter over here" bs: - UK heat is built different - Most of us don't have ACs since we rarely NEED them for most of the year - Our houses are built to keep heat in due to how cold our weather can get - We aren't as used to hot weather given how 80% of the year, UK weather isn't hot We're not trying to dispute who has it worse/hotter, we just want patience and understanding 🙏

meds made things worse, started drinking again, amplified my highs staying up more than usual 24hrs+ everyday, still have mood swings. gotta wait weeks to figure what goes on from here. at least i gave it a shot, gonna be adjusting without it, hopefully doesn’t affect my streams too much.

did my 1st shorter streams in awhile last night, 16hrs- since my mood didn’t seem like it would pick up but before that, it was 20, 32, 26, 24, 40, 39, 30, 37, 50, 52 hours, without much break in between, really back to how i was, but more wired than before at least i haven’t been drinking, but the urge has been strong

i say this, but i’m back to my 24-40hr+ awake days & can’t keep a schedule or anything again, just when i think i’m getting somewhere, back to where i started or worse. furthest step i’ve took, but just sucks how easily i slip back when it feels like it’ll never happen again
