@JohnPat66008216 @voipms I can ping my fax, see the numbers on my DID list but nothing on the fax portal, i have documents to send to the CRTC, at least phone lines are now up. This seems to be a sophisticated attack though so hope it gets fixed soon

@lirafabio75 @carlschwehr @voipms @Cloudflare No, cloudflare is super easy to tell what what you want filtered or protected and what you don’t. Cloudflare can only do so much as this appears to be a sophisticated persistence threat

@chex383pub @paulc @jgruman @voipms Though they do have failovers, the issue is what when you dial in to their upstream providers switch, the next hop which is where it would decide where to go is being flooded with traffic from the DDOS and calls are not making it to their POP

@yaya4322 @voipms Sadly they cant, a DDOS would overwhelm their servers to the point they cant run, I've set up failover on my account with a message if I were to lose connection to the trunk but my inbound calls are not even making it to their systems sadly.
