It was a pleasure speaking to the participants beginning their cybersecurity journey through the @Cyblackorg Cybersecurity Bootcamp. One thing I always try to emphasize when speaking to aspiring cybersecurity professionals is that growth in this field is rarely linear. There will be moments when concepts seem impossible to understand, moments of self-doubt, and moments when it feels like everyone else is moving faster than you. Please know that it is completely normal. The key is to keep showing up. Learn. Practice. Ask questions. Join communities. Collaborate. Share what you know. Volunteer where you can. Then repeat the process. Cybersecurity is a field that rewards consistency. The small effort you make today may not seem significant, but over time those efforts compound into knowledge, skills, opportunities, and career growth. Thank you to the @Cyblackorg team for the invitation and for creating opportunities that make cybersecurity education more accessible. I'm excited to see the growth, achievements, and future impact of this cohort.
