You can view CPEN burn activity directly in the cPen app: OnChain → Burn As of August 4, 2026, more than 320 million CPEN have been permanently removed from circulation, approximately 9.48% of the original total supply. Based on the CPEN market price at the time of calculation, the burned tokens had an estimated market value of more than US$200,000. This value is approximate and will fluctuate with the market price. Buyback and burn is an important part of cPen’s token-economic design and supports the closed-loop model discussed in our research paper, From Labor to Attention: The Attention-Token Economic Model (ATEM). The model connects ecosystem participation, app operations, token buybacks, and verifiable token burns in a continuing economic cycle.
