363 DAYS: OH MY GOD Today marks 363 days since my channel was demonetized, and I honestly can’t believe I’m still here waiting. When this all started, I never imagined I’d still be asking for the same thing nearly a year later: a real human review. I’ve been patient every single day. I’ve followed the rules, submitted what was asked of me, reached out countless times, and waited without causing problems. But after all this time, I’m still left with no real communication, no clear explanation, and no resolution. Now it feels like I’m standing at the beginning of another timeline, starting this entire process all over again. Another wait. Another unknown. Another period of hoping someone will finally take a real look at my case. It’s incredibly discouraging to think that after almost a full year, I’m back where I started. I don’t understand how a creator can be left waiting this long without a proper answer. Every day that passes makes it harder to believe that anyone is actually looking into my case. All I’ve wanted from the beginning is fairness, transparency, and a genuine review from a real person. I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m not asking for shortcuts. I’m simply asking for the opportunity to have my channel reviewed by someone who can fully understand the situation instead of leaving it unresolved for months and months. After 363 days, it’s exhausting. Watching time continue to pass while nothing changes is incredibly frustrating. It feels like I’m stuck in the same cycle over and over again, with no end in sight. 🚨 YouTube has 0 human support. How can the biggest video platform in the world make it nearly impossible to reach a real person? Even worse… Why is YouTube Support giving creators information that isn’t accurate when they’re genuinely trying to follow the rules? YouTube tells creators to ask Creator Support when they have questions… …but what happens when Creator Support gives the wrong information? The creator is the one who deals with the consequences. Let alone explicit answers that creators rely on. I wouldn’t be here today if YouTube Support had given me accurate information from the beginning. Instead, I’m the one living with the loss of a 40K channel after relying on the information your support team gave me. That 40K channel had a real community that still wants it back. 👋 Hey YouTube, I’m not a threat to your platform. I’m an asset. Just like the many other terminated creators sharing their stories in the thread below. I made one rookie mistake once. Then a documented platform outage took away the 40K channel I built in just 5 months. Over 10 million YouTube views. Across all my gaming platforms, well over 100 million views combined. I wasn’t even monetized on YouTube. I wasn’t creating for money. I wasn’t creating for fame. I was creating because people genuinely enjoyed my content. You say your goal is to keep viewers on YouTube. Well, I did exactly that. People came back every single day because they enjoyed my content. Most creators never reach 40,000 subscribers… …let alone in just 5 months. When you permanently remove creators that viewers genuinely enjoy watching, you push those viewers to look somewhere else. ⚠️ I will keep exposing YouTube until they give me and other creators a fair review. My 40K channel will not sit quietly in YouTube’s termination graveyard. I will not sit here and watch YouTube give other creators additional chances while refusing to fully review my documented outage termination. A documented YouTube platform outage destroyed the channel I built to 40,000 subscribers in just 5 months, and I’m still being told the decision is final. Meanwhile, another creator with a documented history of multiple enforcement actions has had channels restored and even received messages from YouTube saying they’re glad to have them back. I won’t stop until my May 13 outage termination is fully reviewed with all of the evidence. Hi @TeamYouTube, My channel “yogplat” was terminated for “Spam/Scams policy,” but I genuinely believe this was a mistake and would really appreciate a manual review from the internal team. I’m part of the YouTube Membership Bootcamp, involved in the YouTube Partner Creator Discord, and was even invited by YouTube to visit the YouTube headquarters in California. And was also Invited to attend the FIFA creator cup in New York. Because of that, it’s very difficult for me to understand how my channel could suddenly be classified as malicious or deceptive without this potentially being a misunderstanding or false positive. 💔 YouTube Support is doubling down on keeping my account removed They now say my appeal was reviewed by a human. In 10 minutes. At this point, I truly believe YouTube doesn’t care about smaller creators the same way it cares about bigger ones. Before I ever had the chance to become one of those bigger creators, the channel I built to 40,000 subscribers in just 5 months was destroyed during a documented YouTube platform outage. Now I’m told the decision is final. What makes this even harder to understand is that another creator with a documented history of multiple past terminations had multiple channels restored by YouTube, while a rapidly growing channel caught up in a documented platform outage can’t even get a fair deep review. They always drop the “We do this to keep YouTube safe” So you remove real creators who make a single mistake but let someone who continues to break your rules back onto your platform? Here’s what I can’t understand… How can someone fully review a case when the full evidence was never even allowed to be submitted?
