One of the people I genuinely enjoy listening to in this space is @manishdiesel Kgen Elder. Every time he speaks, it's less about chasing narratives and more about understanding where the market is actually heading. That's a mindset I respect. One point he's consistently made is that the era of tokens surviving on hype alone is fading. Liquidity is becoming more selective, users are asking tougher questions, and investors are paying closer attention to fundamentals. The projects that will stand the test of time are the ones backed by real products, real users, real revenue, and sustainable value creation. Anyone can generate excitement for a few weeks. Building something people continue to use months or years later is a completely different challenge. That's why, whenever Manish is speaking, I don't just listen,I grab a pen and start taking notes. There are always insights that make me rethink how I evaluate projects and where this industry is headed. The market will always have room for speculation, but in the long run, fundamentals have a way of winning.

He said one of his proudest achievements isn’t just building the product… it’s building a global community he’s genuinely proud to be associated with. What struck me even more was his point that KGeN has helped improve the financial lives of over 20,000–30,000 people who are clan chiefs. That’s the kind of impact that goes beyond metrics.
