@premierinn Thanks Olivia. It took over 7 days to get a reply from the feedback form, therefore I wanted to tweet the issue to see if I was able to get a response that way. Great that it’s being dealt with. Do you know when I will receive the refund? The debit was taken on Sept 23rd. Thanks

@premierinn shocking that friday 23rd September you managed to take £142 from my account but never registered my booking. You state the phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm but when I called today every time I was told you’re too busy to take my call. Unacceptable

@brightonplanner @premierinn Have you seen on their website there’s a feedback form? Aside from Twitter that’s the only way to get in touch. I finally received a response yesterday after 1 week. Apparently premier inn are dealing with it but it can take 15 days to get the money back. Not great.

@Trading212 Doesn’t it make sense to inform your clients the inactivity fee you mention will be deducted? I spoke to your livechat staff who agreed I never had a notification this was being deducted from my account. I also sent an email to info@Trading212.com yesterday mornin with no reply?

@trading212 sent an email saying they’ll be taking money out of my account for an ‘inactivity fee’. Just taken a look and see they’ve done this 3 times already without letting me know. Anyone else had to deal with this?
