Nah it's like anything else, what you do with the rest of your life determines weight loss/gain. I've been in this game for 15years. I've been absolutely peeled, with no assistance, and I've now used Reta this go around. Use the Reta to get where you wanna be, and then take the knowledge you have and keep the weight off.
