Good lord, PBR is a game-changer. This is one tiny corner of my home at night, looking incredibly warm and inviting, and with such depth. Raw shot - I literally just used the Windows Snipping Tool to grab the image. Love these lighting changes! #SecondLife

CalWL and [NB] Alpine Skinlight RGB intensity comparison. Against a light background, 1.0 intensity is fine. Against a dark background it's washed out, so pulling Exposure down to 0.5 is best.

Some PBR EEP comparisons, showing how surroundings impact them. I'm sticking to the 'A Better Daylight' one (L$1 on Marketplace) but if you're wedded to your CalWL or [NB] Alpine Skinlight RGB, you'll need to ride that Exposure slider in Graphics Prefs. Expand for all images ⬇

This is especially annoying because you don't only have to reset everything when you wear an outfit; you also have to do it every time you log in with that outfit on! I bloody love my current look, but god is it ever driving me crazy having to un-alpha everything all the time.

If you're selling the items separately, people might only be buying one of them. Or they might want to wear just the pants with a different sleeveless top. They shouldn't have to fuck around with their body's HUD to undo the alphas you set up for a jacket as well.

Creators, please DON'T set the auto-alpha on your boots or pants or jacket so that they alpha EVERY PART required for the entire outfit! Just have them alpha that specific part. I'm sick of rezzing in with my arms, legs, and back made invisible by just my boots. #SecondLife
