@wassielawyer Also note this would sort of double count cpf as it goes into gross income and the mortgage is likely serviced by borrowing from the cpf oa. Its double-ish because the borrowing accrues a lien against the property and are not free cash. Sg gross vs net income can be complicated.

@alz_zyd_ There are data feeds for this so broadcast delay is not relevant so long as there are pros making markets on the platform. There is human delay...but then there are also goals cancelled, penalties the feed missed before the goal etc. V messy. Late flag stuff.
