@Afrihost our @vumatel line has been down for 11 days with no informative updates. Could you please follow up with them for information on (1) estimated timeline and at least (2) what is wrong.

@ben12906 @vumatel You should be able to get a refund from your ISP. Our line has been down for 11 days. Afrihost said we can apply for a refund once the line is restored and we know how many days we were offline.

@vumatel Is there a team working on restoring Brackendowns? It's been 11 days without internet for us.

Day 10 of 100 done in @yu_angela's #100DaysOfCode. Did you know Python has some standard built-in maths operators? I did. But I made a calculator app anyway.

Only half way through Day 3 y/day, so had to catchup to finish Day 4 today to stay abreast of @yu_angela's #100DaysOfCode. Can't rave enough about how great it is to have so many exercises in a course; I barely have to take any notes because my Python muscles are working hard!

It's well past bedtime but I managed to do day 2 of @yu_angela's #100DaysOfCode. Been a few weeks since I signed up but I'm determined not to miss a day! I now have an app that says what your bill contribution is. It's definitely reliable and I won't try to get a free lunch.

There are undoubtedly jobs that will be lost due to advances in AI, and jobs that will be created. But where is the model for predicting that jobs created ≥ jobs lost, or vice versa? Industry specific studies and anecdotal evidence aren't enough for policy-making.
