Generally speaking, the problem always seems that we have to “fix” our way to success. Anytime there is an attempt at building infrastructure, it tends to either fail catastrophically or be left incomplete. Then the success we find comes after blowing things up and “fixing” the mess we caused. Case in point, the @Conf_League victory: The summer prior we made an attempt, after a disaster season, to build a proper infrastructure. We got a sporting director, he picked a coach, we had a plan and it was the first summer we had real data oriented scouting support. It collapsed. Then we found chaos, and out of that chaos temporarily fixed the infrastructure with many changes. Only to now find ourselves back into a similar situation after we attempted to create order with Edu. Perhaps we lack the patience to build anything. Hopefully we get it right with the new appointments
