What could be nicer on a very grey day than playing with the most cheerful fabric in my stash!
Today it’s all about marmalade and the house smells fantastic!
@theagalady I’ve just made a batch, waited for it to cool so the peel stayed suspended but when I poured it in the jars I’d sterilised/heated in the Aga it reheated the marmalade and the peel started to rise!! Is there an alternative to pouring the preserve into hot jars? Thank you x
