@Icecold_carter Understandable. I would prefer Peyton Watson over Jonathan Kuminga. Even though I like Kuminga's upside and athleticism. Peyton would just have to change representation. Outside of Adou, I think Lakers don't want to deal with Klutch anymore.
Hypothetically: If Lakers didn't end up getting Jonathan kuminga. I think 1. There's a plan b. 2. Moves not leaked to the public. I believe FO strategizing goes far beyond 1 player, and Lakers is prepared for a move not happening.
@DionApollo I love Jonathan Kuminga's athleticism and upside, but if I had to choose 1, it would be Peyton Watson. Better shooter, defender, more polished, and solid off ball. Bring my LA native, UCLA alumni home. He has to change representation to CAA, though.

Austin Reaves signed for 180 million. A lower amount than the previously reported $185 million. He wanted to give Lakers more flexibility to improve the team. We can thank AR for giving Lakers the financial ability to sign Ziaire Williams.
@Icecold_carter Lakers, Atlanta, and Jonathan Kuminga are in play. Lakers can't just pull a trigger without those 2 agreeing. It's said that Atlanta doesn't want Vando's contract, so Lakers would need a 3rd team. I would also think that LeBron has to make his decision 1st.

Lakers have officially signed their acquisitions. Now, the 2yr/20 million is off the table for Jonathan Kuminga. They can only acquire him via sign and trade. I think it was always going to be a sign and trade if they get him, but patience. The LeBron domino hasn't dropped yet.
In Lakers post game interview, Arthur Kaluma said he considers himself a 3&D. He said he got hot but prides himself on the defensive end. I also noticed that he said the team has great camaraderie who wants everybody to succeed. Hopefully, that culture carries on to the Lakers.

@reycollazo82 I guess what I don't understand is the time he is taking. It is his decision, I'm not trying to rush him. I just feel it is odd. I feel he already knows because - It's not about titles - happiness - willing to take the minimum I could be wrong, but that sounds like cleveland.
