@goknurdyor @phantom the old phone was stolen. The thief tried guessing my PIN multiple times on @phantom app and exceeded the attempt limit. When I got a new phone and signed in with the same Apple ID, it failed with “No wallets found in KMS org after migration”

@goknurdyor @phantom I didn’t back up a seed phrase because I trusted their seedless/Apple sign-in system to manage everything securely. They even claim they’ve moved away from PINs now , is still asking for pin and if I entered my pin, it will just say No wallets found in KMS org after migration.

@goknurdyor @phantom I don’t know what else to do. My savings are in this wallet. @phantom support keeps saying the PIN was exceeded and they can’t help , it feels like they just don’t want to help.
