I am very positive on most of the recent changes to Bittensor and clarification regarding decentralization. Concentrating emissions entirely to active and fairly designed subnets is going to result is far more overall network activity, and likely more innovation. Under the current Bittensor code, Templar would not have ended up the amount of capital they had without running any code. Perhaps under the current code they would've produced more results, as it would've been aligned with their own financial interests. I also feel that now there now is a need to balance investor confidence, which ultimately provides the value of $TAO and alpha, and the need for changes to lead to a more aligned network.

Within 1 minute a GPU provided by an agent on @lium_io is utilized by another to train on @MacrocosmosAI. Both are paid by their own markets: the top sells into gradient value and the lower into GPU time. Thus the glue is agents and the coordination is TAO.
