@AmazonHelp so yesterday, I ordered an item for drone delivery today. This morning, I got notice that the package had "left the facility" (I'm guessing it left the warehouse & went to the drone launch pad???). Six hours later and it apparently has not yet been loaded onto a drone. And now - we have thunderstorms incoming. I'm guessing my delivery will be delayed? Why the long wait between "left the facility" and getting the item loaded onto a drone for delivery?

@AmazonHelp Share the customer care number or link where I can talk to an agent. This is a complete waste of time and an unethical way to block a customer's money when you cannot fulfill the delivery.
