Analysis⤵️ Aliyah Boston gets a prime spot tonight against the Wings. This spot suits her skillset well as Dallas is a bad interior defense that struggles vs good bigs. Overall DAL is 6th in defensive rating, but that's more due to being a good perimeter defense. We see the Wings are allowing 41.2 paint ppg this season which is 4th most in WNBA. They also rank 10th in 15 teams in restricted area defense. This is ideal for Boston who does alot of damage near the rim. On the year she gets 44% of her made FG's in restricted area and 70% of her made FG's come in the paint. What really stands out in this spot is the fact Dallas is horrible vs post ups. They are giving up the most points to post ups in the league, Aliyah Boston thrives on post ups using her size and footwork (it's her most dominant playtype). It's clear she has performed much better in these favorable matchups all season as well. When taking out the top 5 defenses vs post up and non top 5 paint defenses, Aliyah is averaging 19.2 ppg. In games under this circumstances when she sees 23+ mins, Boston is over in 10/14. While she came up short by the hook last time vs DAL, I'm not concerned as in that game she had a huge 25.4 Usage. In games with Clark+Mitchell in when Boston gets 23+ mins and just a 19+% USG rate, she is averaging 20.5 ppg vs non top 5 defenses vs post up/paint defenses. In this sample she is over in 9/11. This game should be a competitive high scoring affair, 185.5 total and a close 2.5 point spread. A great game environment and matchup sets up well for a big Boston game. We've seen similar talented bigs do great vs DAL: Jones 17, 14, 14 pts, DiLeo 21 and 16 pts, Austin 27 and 28 pts, Cardoso 26 pts. Analysis⤵️ Chelsea Gray and the Aces return home after their long 5 game road trip to face the Mystics. I like this spot for Gray who sat out for rest last game, so she should be well rested. She also has performed better at home this season. At home with 25+ minutes Gray averages 24.4 PRA shooting 46% on FG's going over this line in 10/13. On the road in this same situation of 25+ minutes, She is over in only 9/19. So clearly plays better at home and this is a nice spot for her skillset too. Mystics are a jumpshot funnel, they have limited paint pts well giving up the 2nd fewest. This hurts A'ja and Jackie more than Gray as they rely more on scoring near the rim. Chelsea only gets 6% of her total made FG's in the restricted area this season. Notably 278 of her 316 total FG attempts have been jump shots. WSH is giving up the most pull-up FG attempts in their last 10 games, Chelsea leads the Aces in pull-up frequency taking 53% of her shots as pull-ups. Mystics also give up the 4th most 3-PT attempts in the last 10 games, Gray takes 48.7% of her total shots from 3-PT range. This is a great spot for her to score, we already saw her take advantage of this matchup in the previous meeting in July going for 24 PRA on 18 FG+FTA with a 20.5 USG. Dana Evans is also out which takes away a ball handler and secures huge mins for Gray. With a 15+% USG with A'ja and Jackie IN but Evans OUT, we see Gray avg 27.2 PRA per game with 25+ mins (over in 11/13). At home with Evans out and A'Ja+Jackie in, Gray is over this line in 7/8 when seeing 25+ minutes. The only miss was by the hook. Obviously Carter is not with the team anymore too, Gray is needed to play big minutes with limited guard depth. Typically seeing mid-upper 30's minutes in non blowouts. This line was routinely closing 22.5/23.5 in games Evans was out earlier, so we are getting a great buy low spot after coming up short of this line in recent games. Good home splits and matchup here. Widely available on DFS sites and sportsbooks. Best line currently -110 on BetOnline and Bovada. #WNBA #Gambling𝕏

Analysis⤵️ Natisha Hiedeman is in a great buy low spot tonight against the Sky, a favorable matchup at home. Chicago has not been a good defense overall they rank below average giving up 89.9 ppg (5th most in WNBA). Hiedeman is coming off of 2 poor games in a row against NY and POR, they rank 4th and 2nd in pick & roll handler defense this season. The Fire specifically trap on ballplayers, so it wasn't all that shocking that Natisha struggled. This spot vs CHI is much better, the Sky rank 9th of 15 teams in pick & roll handler defense, this is her most dominant scoring playtype. They are also a below average Transition defense, Hiedeman also thrives in this area. I like the this game to have a nice pace and be higher scoring. Sky play at the 2nd fastest pace in WNBA, the Storm are 7th but that's up to 3rd in their last 10 games. We have a solid 178.5 game total and it should he very competitive with a 1.5 point spread, a great game environment. This line was routinely closing at 15.5/16.5 pts for Hiedeman, now we get a buy low opportunity just due to low scoring games in tougher matchups and slower paced teams. She often sees low to mid 30's mins in close games. With 28+ mins and Malonga IN vs non top 5 pick & roll ball handler defenses, Natisha averages 18.9 ppg going over this line in 9/10 games. There is also more upside for this play given the fact Flau'jae, Ezi, and Samuelson are questionable. Flau'jae rolled her ankle bad last game and given SEA rough record, they could opt to just be cautious. That would be a nice boost considering Hiedeman has a 23.1 USG with Flau'jae on the court compared to a 26.5 USG with her off the court. At home with 28+ mins when SEA avoids losing by more than 10 pts (1.5 pt spread), Hiedeman avg 18.8 ppg going over in 9/12. 3 misses vs top 5 PnR handler defenses. Sky are 9th of 15 teams in PnR handler defense. Widely available on DFS sites and sportsbooks. Best line currently -110 on Hard Rock. #WNBA #Gambling𝕏

Analysis⤵️ Jordin Canada faces off against the Aces tonight in what should be a high scoring competitive game. There is a close 2.5 point spread and a massive 185.5 total. That's a great game environment, yet we're getting one of the lowest lines for Canada all season. This play is more so attacking the number, but I also do still like the matchup. Jordin has consistently closed at 11.5/12.5 pts most of the season, even when having a 10.5 line it was heavily juiced to the over. So just based on her closing lines, we're getting a nice buy spot here. Canada has gone under in 3 straight, but came up 1 point short in 2 of those. Notably in the last 2 games she is shooting only 18% on FG's, we can't expect that to sustain considering her 44.0 FG% all season. Getting into this spot specifically, I like the chances for Jordin to have success. Las Vegas is just a mediocre defense ranking in the middle of the pack in defensive rating and ppg allowed along with many other categories. Aces allow the 2nd most made FG's in non-restricted area paint, that's where 24% of Canada FG's come from. LV also gives up the 2nd most pts to pick & roll handler, she has the ball in her hands alot coming up the court as the PG. In a more recent sample Aces have been foul prone, allowing the 2nd most FT attempts in last 5 games (4th most in last 10 games). Canada does a great job of getting downhill and drawing fouls, 26% of her total pts come on FT's. Pao Pao (backup gaurd) remains out which secures her minutes. With the entire starting lineup healthy when Jordin gets 29+ mins, she avg 12.1 ppg. Specifically in this sample against non top 3 DEF rating teams and FT defenses, Canada now avg 13.5 ppg going over this line in 9/11. Chelsea Gray likely matches up with her some, she has quickness advantage with Chelsea being slower & older. Widely available on many DFS sites and sportsbooks. Best line currently +100 on Hard Rock. #WNBA #Gambling𝕏

Analysis⤵️ Noah Schultz faces off against the Yankees tonight, this has been an excellent strikeout matchup lately. NYY on the season has a 25.0% K rate against left-handed pitching which is the 5th highest in the league. On the road they've been even worse at a 26.3% K rate. Specifically against lefty starters on the road NYY has a 26.9% K rate ranking 4th highest in MLB along with 5th highest whiff%. When we look at a more recent sample the Yankees have been even more prone to swing and miss. Against lefties in the last 30 days their 30.0% K rate is the highest in MLB. Specifically vs lefty starters in last 30 days, a massive 34.5% K rate in a 142 PA sample. Yankees also have the 2nd lowest BB% which bodes well for Schultz to get ahead in counts and avoid walks. Given his inconsistent command, this matchup should be good for him to limit the walks/force chases. NYY has the tied for the 8th highest swinging strike% and 3rd lowest contact rate overall in July. Schultz hasn't consistently shown great swing and miss stuff overall, but that has come out most in the best matchups. Noah has faced 6 teams who are bottom half in K% and bottom 12 in whiff% vs LHP, in those starts he has averaged 5.7 K's in 4.7 innings going over in 4/6. Specifically in his best 2 whiff% matchups vs LAA and BAL (29th and 28th vs LHP), Schultz generated 12 and 15 swings and misses. Considering NYY is 26th (5th highest) whiff% vs lefties, he should have great opportunity to get strikeouts. His best whiff/K pitch is his sweeper that gets a 32.9% whiff rate. That's great as NYY has a massive 40.2% K rate vs lefty sweepers ranking 4th highest (51% K rate from starters). Some recent lefties who throw sweeper alot have dominated Yankees: Luzardo 9 K's, Seymour 12 K's. Noah was a highly touted prospect coming up to the MLB this season, he ranked in 80th percentile in swinging strike% and 76th percentile in whiff% in minors for what it's worth. He has a capability to generate alot of swings & misses. Widely available across DFS sites and sportsbooks. This line was plus money at time of post on Bet365, -105 elsewhere. #MLB #Gambling𝕏
