What the actual fuck @AmericanAir. We’ve been sitting on the tarmac in OKC for an hour due to a “ground stop” at DFW - though the FAA website says otherwise. Now we’re delayed another hour and fifteen min but if we deplane we can’t get back on. Seriously, what the actual fuck?!

@AmericanAir Also. Why is our pilot claiming a ground stop yet the FAA makes no note of an active ground stop nor do your AA customer service reps? Exactly why I don’t fuck with AA and stick to @SouthwestAir
