I'm not saying that we should "just think positive", but I do know that in my prior career I was bombarded by negativity & my health suffered. My attitudes have softened since leaving & I am glad. Life may not be exactly as I had hoped, but it's good when I really think about it.

@missmayim I just watched a good chunk of the interview. After working in a prison as a therapist for 11 years, it did a number on me, for sure. Being bombarded with negativity from every direction was awful for my health.
