You're in charge! 🎯 Self-Coaching Guide ~ SAVERS Routine to Set up and Close your Day 1. SPIRITUAL PRACTICES – be guided by your beliefs. E.g. mindfulness; prayer; meditation; counting your blessings (gratitude list); listening to a spiritual podcast like Joel Osteen or reading a spiritual book. 2. POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS – daily speak positive messages to yourself to uplift you and counter any negative thoughts or self-limiting beliefs. Set positive intentions into your day. 3. VISUALISE YOUR DAY – to direct your time, energy, and resources, set priorities, and plan your day. E.g. 1-3-5 Daily Tasks Tool = 1 Big task, 3 Medium tasks, and 5 small tasks. Think often about your vision and aspirations to stay motivated. 4. EXERCISE – have a plan and daily exercise routine. Include activities such as cardio; HIIT; yoga; running; strength training; dancing; walking 10,000 steps. It helps you stay healthy, manage stress, boost energy levels, and uplift your mood. 5. READ – learn daily to equip yourself and strengthen your intellectual growth. Read a few pages or an article a day. Use the insights to improve yourself. 6. SCRIPT (WRITE) – journal daily. Note lessons to learn and capture ideas, which is key for personal knowledge management. Also, write to download thoughts to support your mental health, as well as monitor and manage emotional triggers. Bukayo Ayoyinka Temidayo Saka: 📌 He played for Watford's youth team before joining Arsenal at age 7. 📌 When he made his Premier League Debut in 2019, He became the first player born in 2001 to play in a Premier League match. 📌 Saka was originally a left back. 📌 On 6 March 2021, Saka made his 50th Premier League appearance for Arsenal in a 1–1 away draw at Burnley; he is the second youngest player in club history to reach that milestone. 📌 He was voted Arsenal's player of the season in 2021. 📌 In 2022, Saka was named Arsenal's Player of the Season for a second consecutive season, becoming the first person to retain the award since Thierry Henry won in 2003 and again in 2004. 📌 He was also the club's top scorer that year. 📌 On 20 August 2022, he made his 100th Premier League appearance in a 3–0 win at Bournemouth, becoming the second youngest Arsenal player to reach that milestone. 📌 On 13 March, Saka received the Men's Young Player of the Year award at the 2023 London Football Awards. 📌 Saka was named the PFA Young Player of the Year for the 2022–23 season. 📌 On 23 September 2022, Saka was named England Men's Player of the Year for the 2021–22 season ahead of Declan Rice and Harry Kane, becoming the first Arsenal player to win the honour. 📌 On 5 September 2023, Saka was named England Men's Player of the Year for a second successive season having scored seven goals in ten internationals during the 2022–23 season. 📌 Saka's favourite footballer is Thierry Henry and he cites Alexis Sánchez as an influence, saying he even tried to copy Sánchez's boots when he was an academy player. 📌 Saka is a practising Christian and has said that he reads the Bible every night.
