Happy to share my first round board for the 2026 draft. Write up is still in process, but here are my R1 rankings. Cheers to another cycle and learning more. Hardest draft to scout this decade.

Managed to finish my first attempt at a draft model just in time! The goal was to project first 5 year DPM with the model being trained on over 5,000 players from the NCAA, G League, and overseas dating back as far as 1997. Appreciate any and all feedback!

Swish 2026 Draft Guide: An original design. I set out to create a futurist, vibrant aesthetic while maintaining our brand identity, incorporating customization features, and leaving room for the analysis to breathe. I am extremely proud of how it came out. My original design inspiration came from the ongoing album rollout by The Avalanches. I loved the vibrant colors, retro-futurist vibe, and the element of “controlled chaos.” The end result is actually more tame than what I had in mind originally, but that combination of inspired design and usability/responsiveness, ultimately, makes it land much better. Thank you to everyone who’s checked it out and shared so far. If you’re someone who is interested in merging a background in design (graphic, web, video, etc) with a love for basketball, please feel free to reach out!
