A quick question, is there a distinction between cus words, profanity and abusive language? You cannot draw a line on what is called what. If someone sends cuss words/profanity to you on DM or comments something on your post that is vulgar and obscene and offensive, Don’t you complain and ask police to take action? If an action can be taken, what can it be? If a case can be filed for online abuses/profanity/insults/sexual remarks/so called cuss words, Why can’t a case be filed if someone does the same on air / Live / posts a video explicitly using profanity. You cannot have selective prosecution. Law should be the same irrespective of the gender.
