There's something else to share also… This may be the last ZDR event for some time. As many of you will know, times are tough at the moment, and we're seeing what a lot of independent promoters are seeing too: attendance across events has become much harder to predict, and unfortunately that makes running events increasingly difficult. ZDR has always been a passion project for me. It's never been about making money - it's always been about creating a space for people to connect & come together. But after taking some time to reflect and re-evaluate following the events earlier this year, I've come to realise that it simply doesn't make sense to keep running events at a loss. That doesn't necessarily mean this is goodbye forever. I may just need to step back for a while, recharge, and see what the future looks like. If and when ZDR returns, I want it to be because I can give it the time, energy and resources it deserves. If you've ever thought about coming to a ZDR event, or you've been meaning to return, I'd genuinely love to see you at Obscure Occult. It would mean a lot to give 2026 the send-off it deserves with all of you there. Thank you to everyone who's supported ZDR over the years - whether you've been with us since the beginning 12 years ago or discovered us more recently. Every ticket bought, every kind word, every memory and every weekend we've shared together has meant more than you probably realise. Here's to one more unforgettable weekend. See you in Brighton. 🌸 A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who attended @DuRoseEvents Opulent Ostara last Saturday! What a way to celebrate the arrival of spring! 🌸 The atmosphere was electric & you all looked fabulous. Extended appreciation to our hard working kitchen team, floor manager & performers! It wouldn’t be possible without you all. We hope to return with another DuRose Dining date later in the year, but for now we’re recharging & concentrating on our next @ZDREvents party on 17th April in Brighton! Here’s the first image from the night by Voodoo Imaging of Bliss Rogue - we will be uploading more to our website soon & look forward to receiving the remaining images from the rest of the photographers!
