Finished my last Grain Farmers of Ontario board meeting. It's been a 9 year life changing experience that I couldn't have done without a great district, awesome broad members, fantastic staff and of course @sandibrock. Now on to the next adventure!

U.S. dairy subsidies equal 73 percent of producer returns, says new report realagriculture.com/2018/02/u-s-da… So the Canadian system ensures that dairy farmers receive all of their income from the marketplace while the USA dairy farmer receives over 70% of his income from govt support.

I signed up for the #365milechallenge this yr and just calculated that I have paddled and hiked 426 miles so far this year. I’m officially trying for double 365. #730Miles here I come!
