BS. Nothing being done for me via DM. Stranded due to nonexistent “weather” cancellation. How long are we going to be OK with companies like @AmericanAir screwing us so they can save a few dollars to their bottom line?

@EPWTH That's certainly not the experience anyone hopes for. Please share your confirmation code with us in a DM, and we'll take a closer look and provide any guidance we can.

Just had my third flight cancelled in 4 weeks by @AmericanAir due to “weather” but we can acknowledge thats just a lie. No options given just stranded.

@311DCgov @DCDPW Unfortunately no progress on this as of this morning, and nothing comes up on DC311 app when I search the request number. Pretty dangerous driving to work today, would be great if 9th didn't narrow down to only one lane between I and E St. NW

@DCDPW @311DCgov Can we get more than 1 lane plowed on 9 St NW between I and E St NW? It's a major thoroughfare!

@DDOTDC the traffic light at 13th and M St., NW has been out for 24 hours. Flashing yellow on 13th and completely out on M.

Still not fixed by @DDOTDC almost 6 months later. What will it take to get this addressed? Are we waiting until someone is seriously injured?

@DDOTDC @dcra still not fixed! New painted lane directs a turn only lane to go straight. Southbound on 9th NW. This intersection is already dangerous enough!

@Dulles_Airport your website shows garage 1 has space but is actually blocked off as full. Your website has to be accurate to be useful.

Took the @Halo_Screening PCR at the Sofitel upon arrival at Heathrow today (12/9) submitted test at 1140. Had results on the app by 2pm.

@MurielBowser @councilofdc Why no curfew tonight and tomorrow? Hard to understand justification for curfew during civil rights protests this summer, but none now.

@GiantFood having this stair gate locked at your store in Shaw DC and forcing people to take the elevator during a pandemic with a respiratory disease is irresponsible. How many infections is this directly responsible for? A little common sense please!

@Dulles_Airport for an airport advertising convenience, dropping bus lines from parking and cutting drop off points at terminal resulting double the walking distance is pretty off brand.

@SouthwestAir can you explain why I’m B34 and my co-worker with same rate ticket who checked in 10 hrs after me is A57? He’s not RR member though I am.
