@united Free CX hint. It's never good to over-promise and under-deliver. If you have a delay, don't move it back in 20-minute increments over several hours. It's mind blowing that in today's world, you can't calculate how long it takes to get a plane from one place to another.

@united I'm not sure my customer experience could get any worse. Pretty soon I'm going to rent a car. I'd likely get to my destination an hour or more sooner going about 8 times slower.

@united Correct, that's what was communicated to us a little while ago. I understand delays. What I don't appreciate is being given several estimates that keep changing. You know the plane is delayed. Tell me that immediately. Then don't give me a time estimate until you have a solid one

@united We've switched gates 3 times. The time went from 3:37 to 4:20 to 5:00 to 5:20 to 5:40 to 5:20 and back to 5:40 (I'm not exaggerating).

@united Yes. Out of the nightmare airport in Chicago. If there's a delay...fine. But don't keep telling me a time, then keep moving it. Had I known this earlier, my wife and I could have rented a car and could be sitting at home about 2 hours ago.

@UPSHelp Major #UsabilityFAIL. ups.com/doapp/signupmy… doesn't allow users to paste passwords into the password input. C'mon guys. This is basic usability. So I want a strong password, but you make me type it manually. Dumb.
