Even @ChatGPTapp sourcing City of Edmonton documents and @CBCNews does not agree with you. Andrew Knack, as a councillor, brought forward a motion to freeze and reduce the EPS budget. Andrew Knack as a councillor voted to spend endless millions on bike lanes.

It is absolutely misleading. In the vote you reference, council reduced an increase EPS was set to receive, but police still got a raise that year. And you deliberately choose to ignore the more vital context that council later voted for annual raises via the EPS funding formula
